Background noise: Uranus, Pluto and Neptune in a harmonious relationship, joined by Jupiter for most of the month, joined by Mars in week 1, joined by the Sun in week 4. . Sun square Saturn week 1 and 2. Mercury square Saturn week 3 and part of 4. Venus square Uranus week 2. Venus square Mars part of week 4.
July 3 ’26. 7:20 am 40. Yes. Asc 21.7 Cancer conjunct Mercury ( 3′ over orb.).
Moon 20 Aquarius oppose Venus.
Sun 11.5 Cancer square Saturn.
The conjunction with Mercury, although a tiny bit over orb in the very important 1st house got it launched.
July 5 ’26. 6:50 am. 40. Yes. Asc 17 Cancer conjunct Sun, trine Moon, square Saturn.
Moon 14.7 Pisces trine Sun and trine Ascendant.
Sun 13.5 Cancer conjunct Ascendant, trine Moon, square Saturn.
The harmony of this sky is pronounced; the trines between Sun and Ascendant and the Moon.
July 9 ’26. 5:05 am. 40. No. Asc 27 Gemini sextile Venus.
Moon 7.3 Taurus square Pluto.
Sun 17 Cancer square Saturn.
July 9 ’26. 5:25 am. 40. Yes. Asc 1.5 Cancer sextile Venus, square Neptune.

The difference between the No chart and the Yes chart is the square of the Ascendant to Neptune in the Yes chart. Neptune is sextile Pluto, sextile Uranus, sextile Mars, and trine Jupiter; it makes very good aspects. The Ascendant is sextile Venus, so, both sides of the square are making good aspects. And the Yes chart connects with more aspects.
The Yes chart has planets in the important 10th house and and better “planets” in the 1st, Sun and Mercury rather than Uranus and Mars in the No chart.
July 14 ’26. 5:10. 40. Yes. Asc 2.5 Cancer sextile Venus square Neptune.
Moon 21.5 Cancer conjunct Sun and conjunct Mercury.
Sun 22 Cancer conjunct Moon conjunct Mercury.
I am not concerned about Neptune square Ascendant. The conjunctions between planets in the important 1st house are impressive.
July 21 ’26. 5:15 pm. 40. Yes. Asc 16 Sagittarius oppose Mars trine Saturn, square Venus.
Moon 4 Scorpio square Pluto and square Jupiter.
Sun 29 Cancer conjunct Jupiter (5.5 degree orb).
The Moon is squaring the opposition of Jupiter and Pluto. But the opposition of Jupiter and Pluto is involved in 2 harmonious triangles.
And the Ascendant Mars opposition is involved in a harmonious triangle with Saturn. For Ascendant square Venus, Venus is sextle Mercury and the Ascendant is trine Saturn. The Sun is moving to a conjunction with Jupiter.
July 30 ’26. 2:37 am. 40. No. Asc 11 Gemini sextile Sun, trine Moon, sextile

Sun 7 Leo conjunct Jupiter, oppose Pluto, trine Neptune, sextile Ascendant, sextile Uranus.
July 30 ’26. 3:10 am. 40. Yes. Asc 19 Gemini conjunct Mars, square Venus, trine Moon, sextile Saturn ( 12′ over orb).
Moon 15 Gemini sextile Saturn, trine Ascendant.
Sun 7 Leo conjunct Jupiter, trine Neptune, sextile Uranus, oppose Pluto.
There is a lot of harmony in both charts. The conjunction with Mars, square Venus gets our attention. NROL- 95 is a classified military reconnaissance launch. Mars is the military and Venus in this chart rules the 12th house, the secrets house. So this Yes chart described the identity of the launch better than the No chart.
In conclusion, I will take points off, ½ the value, of the launch on the 21st. It is too complex, but my explanation is reasonable.
