S.T.A.R. Guild Astrology Study Group Nov. ’20 Meeting
We met online after last month’s absence.
I started with what happened in 2020 as opposed to what I thought would happen. This type of analysis is part of the forecast and analysis that we use in studying and doing astrology.
Covid was “caused” by a conjunction of Saturn and Pluto. Most agree on this. This conjunction got close in late 2019 and ends in later Dec. ’20. I had hoped that covid would go away sooner. I kept watching Mars move away from Jupiter and Saturn in the sky. Mars was on its way out of view and then went retrograde, and as a result remained in the field of view of Jupiter and Saturn. Remember that we started to experience covid here with Pluto, Saturn, Jupiter and Mars all together. With the vaccine coming in mid-Nov., this shows that the end is near as the Pluto and Saturn conjunction separates. When we look back we will probably see that the virus matched up with Saturn near Pluto. This makes sense in that these two mean extreme loss.
Let’s remember that Jupiter has been near these two and Jupiter is good. This is the miracle of a quickly made vaccine. And it has been noted that the vaccine can be tweaked to protect us from other viruses in the future. So something good is coming of this virus.
George Floyd was murdered on May 25th and 11 days later the first of three eclipses happened from June 5th through July 5th.
I think these eclipses corresponded to the beginning of the violence that rocked our American cities.
Next was the election. I thought that the Moon in Gemini in President Trump’s Sun sign would bring the people to him. It did but it may not have been enough to win.
In our current situation, we have more eclipses. On Nov. 30th we have a lunar eclipse at 8 Gemini. So the Sun is at 8 Sagittarius. This opposition shows a conflict involving ideas and communication. It is happening in the 2nd and 8th houses which involve money. This could be court cases.
The next eclipse is on Dec. 14th in Sagittarius and is a solar eclipse. Gemini is about facts. Sagittarius is about meaning or conclusions taken from the facts and also about judgments. So what is brought up around the 1st eclipse is settled at the 2nd. And this eclipse is happening in the 10 house, representing authority. Here is a special note on Sagittarius. The centaur with the drawn arrow represents all types of shooting and shots of all kinds. Think of hunting, sports, photography, and vaccines.
The eclipses happening in Gemini and Sagittarius strongly effect Biden, who has Sagittarius rising, Kamala, who has Gemini rising, the U.S. chart which most think has Gemini or Sagittarius rising, and President Trump, who has the Sun in Gemini and the Moon in Sagittarius. These eclipses are important.
A Full Moon at 9 Cancer on Dec. 29th is on the Sun in the U.S. chart. That means that this Full Moon is for us.
We then looked at the chart for the Jan 20th inauguration and concluded that whoever was sworn in that day would have a tough time.
In the chart, the Moon is void which means that not much comes of it, not much comes of the administration. And there is a square between the 10th and 1st houses involving Sun, Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, and Uranus. Squares show conflict. This makes me think that the Republicans will keep the Senate. This will mean divided government which does not get much done. The market loves divided government because the government can’t do anything.
So we will see what happens. And in 24/25, good Jupiter is in Trump’s Sun sign Gemini from summer of ’24 to summer of ’25. If he has lost, he may run in ’24.
