Introduction

Dear Friends,

Welcome to my site. If you like to read, I have lots of words here.

My mission  as an astrologer is to do and promote Astrology. I am amazed that Astrology is not yet main stream. We have a history of brilliant astrologers, like Dane Rudyar and Johann Kepler, who knew other brilliant people outside of Astrology; and yet it is not so far accepted.  And Astrology is good for us. It helps us understand ourselves and those around us. We are validated in who we are and what we do and what we want. And we have insight into what is going on at any time and why. And that’s not all. By becoming familiar with the various facets of our personalities, we can become integrated. This is part of why Carl Jung took Astrology seriously. Enough so, that he researched it with an astrologer and included that research in his paper, “Synchronicity An Acausal Connecting Principle.

My little contribution to the cause of Astrology’s acceptance  is sharing what I have discovered in decades of study. “As above, so below” is our mantrum. Our theory is that there is a connection between what happens in the sky and what happens on earth. Events in the sky should match up with events on earth. And people should be like the skies that they are born under. You’ll see a variety of articles at this site and their purpose is to be accountable and to show these connections. I’m particularly fond of Astro-biography in which we study a person in depth and also study the horoscope. This is idiographic research as opposed to monothetic, in which we look at the horoscopes of many people who have the same quality, like being a doctor. I’m also pleased with my 12 part sign series. In it, I will look at very famous people who are great examples of a particular sign. AND it is not restricted to their sun sign. For example, Pope Benedict 16 has his Ascendant in Pisces moving to Jupiter. This means that he is connected to Jupiter. The Church is an example of Jupiter. This is like a literal translation.  At the other end of the spectrum, E.L. James, author of 50 Shades of Grey, has the Sun in Pisces moving to Jupiter. She has written a very popular book with quite a bit of reference to bondage. Pisces is bondage, the Sun is success, and Jupiter is wealth. Incidentally, She has Venus in smart Aquarius opposing Mars in  powerful Leo in her chart. This is a apt description of Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey. These characters have popped right out of her chart. And of course, Mars and Venus contacts represent male and female contact.

If you have a comment or insight, I’ll be delighted to acknowledge it.

Leslie
