June ’19 Newsletter

From the Desk of Leslie Marlar, June ’19

For those of you who are local, S.T.A,R, Guild astrology study group meets on Tuesday, June 25th, at the Cocoa library at 308 Forrest Ave. at 6 pm in rm 3. We will be looking at charts of events and people in the news and we will continue to look at aspects in our charts; this time it will be squares.

In May, we looked at oppositions in our charts and the events that happened under the Jupiter in Sagittarius/Mars in Gemini opposition that took place by sign from March 31st through May 15th. Mars is conflict and all forms of trouble. Jupiter and Sagittarius represent things like, law, school, religion, travel, and even horses.
For example there were at least 10 important legal/political events in the news, including the Mueller report going to Congress, and Barr appointing Durham. There were a number of events happening to churches. Notre Dame burned. Jupiter and Sag represent churches and religion and Mars is fire. And there was the Synagogue shooting and the Sri Lanka bombings of Christian churches. Sagittarius is shooting, and launching, and things being projected out of bombs. There was also a shooting at UNC and at Highland Ranch Co. school. Plus Noko launched some missiles.
Horses are part of the Sagittarius set and the triple crown possibilities were ruined when winner, Maximum Security, was disqualified in the Kentucky Derby.
Mars is conflict and there was the failed Venezuelan Coup. Finally Ebola is starting to rage in the Congo; viruses are Mars. So if an event is happening in the sky, we should see events of like nature on earth, and here we see it.

In June Saturn continues its long term conjunction with Pluto; this can bring extreme loss, so we need to be sensible in what we do. Mars will oppose and stimulate this in June, so that, we need to be especially circumspect.

Fairly good days in June are: 1, 4, 7, 8, 12, 21, 22, 24, 27, 28, & 29.
New Moon in Gemini on the 2nd, 3rd, & morning of the 4th gives us a new start in thought. Full Moon in Sagittarius on the 15th, 16th, and morning of the 17th contrasts facts and opinions.
I’ll be at the Eau Gallie library talking about astrology on June 1 from 2 to 3 pm.

If you want to have some great fun and learn about astrology and yourself and your friends, schedule a horoscope party. 5 or 6 is the best number to guarantee the right dynamics.
