S.T.A.R. Guild March 26th Meeting Report

We got together and had lovely participation from our members.
We reminded all that we are supposed to be collecting data for our Venus project, decided to start looking at charts of good altruistic people, studied Justices Kagan and Sotomayor, looked at the chart of the Mueller report going to the DOJ, and looked at the Full Moon chart of the new year.

For our altruistic look, we noted MLK, Einstein, Mother Teresa, and Bill Gates for starters. Some give through love of people and some love ideas and give those to humanity. Others give funds with many applications.

The chart of Justice Elana Kagan has Mercury trine Uranus, the Moon in Gemini and Mercury square Saturn; these show intelligence. An oposition between the Sun and Neptune represents looking at both sides of a conflict, as a judge does. The Sun, Pluto and Jupiter form a grand trine. Since she is a judge, it is good to have Jupiter involved in something big.
Justice Sonia Sotomayor has the Sun and Jupiter in early Cancer oppose Mars and trine Saturn. She also has Mercury with Uranus in Cancer square Neptune. So far, our 4 studied Justices have Mercury with Uranus, both in the same sign, or in mutal reception. That means they are smart.

The Full Moon of the new year shows focus on relationships due to the Moon and Ascendant in Libra in the 1st and the Sun in Aries in the 7th. We are looking at all manner of relationships in various states this year. Troubled men are shown by Chiron with the Sun and industrious women are shown by the Ascendant with Pallas Athene. We see unusual events with Uranus oppose the Ascendant and trouble for children and entertainers by Venus in the 5th square Mars in the 8th .We do see some help coming through a sextile from Jupiter. We have been watching bizarre events and bizarre reactions to events. This is Mercury with Neptune in Pisces. This has been present in recent political events and with important events in the Smolette case. It is easy to understand the distortions, deceptions, and disguises associated with Mercury, planet of perceptions, in this distorting water sign, next to hard to perceive Neptune. Some reality does sneak in through a sextile with Saturn and Pluto. Incidentally, Smollette has the Sun opposing Neptune in his birth chart and he is an actor.
We are following Ptolomey’s 2000 year old notion of looking at the new year, which starts on the first day of Spring, by looking at the chart of the nearest full or new moon. And we don’t look a day over a thougsand.

We also looked at the chart of the Mueller report arriving at Justice. The Mueller report was sent to Justice at 4:45 pm on March 22nd. And it was noted that there were no further indictments. Mars is at the top of the chart showing us looking at trouble at the top. This chart and Trump have the same MC. So, in Trump’s chart, Mars is currently at the top of his chart. This sounds problematic for him, but, Mars as one of his personal planets, shows him at the top of his game. Uranus in Taurus is high in both charts and makes us wonder what the meaning of the unpredictable planet in an importanat place is. We do have a piece of data. When the IG report came out in June of ’18, Uranus was in this same place and it was the DOJ & FBI that took a hit. The IG has 3 more reports to make. The mysteries, disguises, distortions, deceptions, and bizarre flavor of Mercury in Pisces with Neptune also affect aspects of these reports and reactions to them.

Next month, we’ll look at more Justices. How about Thomas and Roberts. Of course, we’ll look at Anita Hill. And we will select an altruistic person’s chart to study.
