S.T.A.R. Guild June ’20 Skype Meeting Report
We met online on June 23rd and covered a lot of astrological territory. We had most of the local group, a member from Orlando, one from Georgia, and another from the southwest.
We looked at a member’s chart with synthesis in mind. We noted themes that we saw and major planetary structures. We’ll be looking to see if the nodal axis is related to these as we do one members chart each month..
We looked at Floyd and Chauvin. Floyd had Mars square Jupiter and Mars and the Moon in Taurus. He had the Sun with Uranus, and Venus with Neptune. Chauvin has the Moon in Scorpio, Sun square Mars, and the luminaries and 5 planets in water. Was he drowning in something all of his life? Next month we will note the planetary relationships in their charts.
We revisited Venus in Gemini to note any events associated with that and were fairly satisfied.
We figured out the difference between the mean (average) and the true node.
Also looked at was the upcoming placement of Mars in Aries. We cited activation of our populace, increased political activism, and the possibility of more covid trouble, possibly flare ups. We will continue to monitor this.
We noted 3 eclipses in the current eclipse season. Seasons happen 6 months apart.
We had the June 5th lunar eclipse at 16 Sagittarius. The June 21st solar eclipse at 0 Cancer. And we noted the upcoming lunar eclipse at 14 Capricorn on July 5th.
All make important connections to the U.S. chart. The time frame starts soon after the unrest began. (George Floyed was killed on May 25th.) The first two eclipses were within orb of a square to Mars. The last one has a 9 degree orb Mars square. This makes me think the unrest will be calming down. But with Mars in Aries at that time and until next year, the activists may regroup. We will be watching. Mars was also with Neptune during this period of protest and unrest which we will revisit in discussion.
Our psychic member had a dream about three important “aspects” that were coming. After the meeting she decided that the eclipses were what the figures in the dream were noting. I had thought it was Mars squaring Jupiter, Pluto, and Saturn.
We may look at sect and start anticipating UFO events. The government has started changing its tune in recent time about disclosure.
