In the No chart, the Ascendant is oppose Mars. Mars is not making any good aspects. In the Yes chart the Ascendant is square Saturn. Saturn is not making any other bad aspects and is in a grand trine with the Sun and Jupiter.

In the Yes chart the Ascendant no longer opposes Pluto. The Moon still conjuncts Mars but both Moon & Mars trine the Ascendant. This is a classic case of discord being replaced by harmony.

The difference between the No and the Yes chart is that the Ascendant has changed signs and is no longer square the Moon and oppose Saturn, which the Moon squares. This is an improvement.
Conclusion. On the 18th and the 22nd Yes charts had a square to Saturn. On the 18th the Ascendant was square Saturn and on the 22nd, the Moon was square Saturn. The Yes chart on the 22nd was still an improvement over the No chart.
The background noise of Jupiter trine Saturn could have made Saturn less harmful.
I will deduct 10 for the 18th and 5 for the 22nd because I would not have predicted a successful launch for the Yes charts on the 18th and 22nd.
